Confidential & Accessible Help

Professional counseling is available for a variety of personal concerns. All counselors have master's degrees and are certified EAP or Addiction Specialists. This professional service is available by phone 24 hours, 365 days a year.

Depending on plan options selected, counseling is available by phone, in-person or both. Counselors are trained to help with these issues and more:

  • Mental or emotional problems
  • Substance abuse
  • Relationships—marital, family, workplace
  • Child development or child care
  • Elder care

In addition, helpful tools, articles and resources are accessible on an online resource center designed specifically to support issues for our EAP program.
